04 · FAQs
Questions we're often asked.
How can my child join Sporting Pearls?
Start by completing the official Player Registration form (Form 01). If the academy is running trial windows, you can also apply through the Trial Application form (Form 02). The academy will contact you regarding next steps.
What age groups does the academy cater for?
Our development pathway runs from U9 through U17, organised into progressive stages — Foundation (U9), Exploration (U11), Game Intelligence (U13), Performance Development (U15) and Performance & Transition (U17) — with pathways beyond U17 toward senior football.
Do you have a programme for girls?
Yes. Sporting Pearls Féminin — The Butterflies — is our dedicated girls' and women's football pathway focused on participation, development, confidence, leadership and safe, inclusive football environments.
How can my company or organisation partner with the academy?
Wonderful — start with the Sponsorship & Partnership form (Form 06) or visit our Partnerships & Investment page. We offer partnership levels from Community Partner to Principal Partner, and we treat every partnership as a long-term relationship with measured impact.
How do I raise a safeguarding concern?
Use the confidential Safeguarding Report form (Form 10). Concerns are handled by the academy's Welfare & Safeguarding Lead with strict confidentiality, and reports can be made by players, parents, staff or community members. A young person always comes before a result.
