  • Uphold the Academy Safeguarding Policy: absolute zero tolerance for physical, emotional, or verbal abuse.
  • Prioritize player welfare, holistic education, and sportsmanship over winning trophies.
  • Never use inappropriate language, aggressive behaviour toward match officials, or engage in unmonitored private contact with minor players.
  • Consent to a formal Certificate of Good Conduct / Police Clearance background check.
